It consists of three layers including 18/10 stainless steel 0.5 thick outer layer that does not react with the food and keeps all the goodness intact, a heavy 2.0 mm thick aluminium layer in the middle ensure even heat distribution, less cooking time and minimum burning of food, and 0.5 mm thick induction friendly SS outer layer.
Strong diecast cool touch handle is riveted on one side that enables ease and convenience while cooking and carrying the cookware. Above all, you can use this cookware on all types of cooktops, such as induction, gas, ceramic, & halogen.
